After 18 months of patience, stored in old and new French Oak underground, our wonderful 2022 Chardonnay emerges Golden in colour, very rich and fruit forward, with stone fruits on the nose , a riper and fuller spectrum type of Chardonnay, with a creamed honey and oak undertones.

2021 Shiraz is a classic example of the cool climate versatility of Australia’s champion grape type. Very deep in colour, it has a nose of black current and white pepper and on the palate a burst of plum fruit which supported by 20% new French oak and balanced acid, provides an elegant and full tannin structure. A great food Shiraz that will cellar for many years.
